With Online therapy you could make significant changes to your life and it is just as effective as face to face.* I offer a free consultation to help you decide if I’m the right person for you to work with.
Whatever changes you are looking to make why not give me a call or email to discuss how we could work together. Cognitive Hypnotherapy and coaching is not like other types of hypnotherapy. It’s a tailored, solution focused therapy and works with you as an individual.
Some people prefer to work with me in the privacy of their own home or other space which means that travelling and the time it takes is not an issue. This works really well for people if they live outside of Cambridgeshire or the UK.
Another advantage of online therapy and coaching is that distance is no longer a barrier to working together. I am happy to work with you whether you are in the USA, Europe or Far East but please be aware of the difference in time zones. Generally I can be available during the day from 10am to 7pm GMT.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR ONLINE THERAPY
Working with me online is just as effective as being face-to-face in the room. All you need is:
- a private space and a reliable broadband connection;
- laptop or desktop computer;
- reasonably comfortable chair;
- and be able to see each other.
I use Zoom to connect with you and will send you a link prior to our meeting. Zoom is similar to Skype and it is very easy to set up.
WHAT ONLINE THERAPY CAN HELP WITH
Some of the issues we can work together online include: anxiety, stress and panic attacks, confidence issues, relationship therapy and to stop smoking. I specialise in working with stress management and anxiety related issues so, if you are struggling to go out, then working together online could be really helpful for you.
